The operations platform for teams that sell, plan and deliver

Sales, projects, people and money, in one live picture.

Ops Platform is where an organisation pursues new work, plans it, staffs it and sees what it earns. Everyone works on the same record, so the plan on screen is the plan the whole team is following.

Projects

Four areas, one record

Everything the work touches, connected

A pursuit becomes a project, a project becomes tasks, tasks fill each person's week, and the money follows. Nothing is typed twice, so nothing falls out of step.

Sales

Every pursuit from first outreach to won or lost: its value, meetings, notes and every change of stage. Focus, wins and win rates read straight from the board.

Projects

A Gantt and a resource view on the same tasks. Links carry the work that waits, and every bar shows how far it has slipped from the original plan.

Finance

Profit by project, a monthly P&L and cash flow from the payments that really landed, with labour costed from the time each person gives the work.

Team

Weekly meetings whose action items become tasks, each person's own list, and a week logged in a few minutes, with the reason whenever the plan changes.

Estimates that learn

Plans built on how long work really takes

Every finished task teaches the next estimate. The planner proposes a duration from the person's own record, weighted towards their most recent work, because people get faster.

  • Two dials set the work and the share of each day; the calendar shows exactly where it lands.
  • The inner ring marks what this kind of task typically takes this person.
  • Auto finds the first days the person has room, and never books them past a full day.

Capacity

See a crowded week before it arrives

Every person's days are graded from free to over full, counting every task they lead or support and the time they give to pitches and ad hoc work.

  • Part-time weeks are measured against the person's own hours, not a full-timer's.
  • Weekends and public holidays never count as working time.
  • Resource levelling moves work not yet started to where there is room, and notes why.

Pipeline

Know where every pursuit stands

Drag a pursuit from stage to stage and the history keeps itself. Any past week or month can be read exactly as it stood, so the figures never rewrite themselves.

  • A pursuit that has gone quiet is set aside for you, and brought back by any activity.
  • Win rates are measured in value, so a large pitch weighs as much as it should.
  • Every client keeps one record, however many times they are pitched again.

Documents

Your files stay in your own Google Drive

Drop a brief, a deck or a design onto a task. It goes straight into your organisation's Google Drive, in a folder for that client or pursuit, as an ordinary Drive file your team can share and open as always.

  • Each new version sits beside the last, with the newest first.
  • The app sees only the folders it made or was given, never the rest of your Drive.
  • Nothing is deleted from your Drive by the app, by anyone.

Built to be relied on

The details that keep a plan honest

Access the database enforces

Admin, Management, Sales and User each see and change what their role allows, and the database itself refuses everything else.

Undo anything

Every change is one step back, its links, dates and logs included. A mis-drop costs a keystroke.

Every change has a why

Moves are logged with who made them and the reason given, so the history explains itself.

Plans that move together

Linked tasks carry each other across people and projects, and slack absorbs a delay before anything else moves.

Real working days

Weekends, public holidays and part-time weeks are built in, so dates mean what they say.

Drag and drop

Move a task to another day or another person, or a pursuit to its next stage, without a form.

Measured against the original

Lateness is judged against what was first planned, never the latest plan, so a slip cannot hide.

Notes where the work is

Briefs, notes and comments live on the task, the pursuit or the meeting they belong to.

How it works

Up and running in an afternoon

  1. Connect your organisation

An administrator signs in with Google and chooses the Drive folder the organisation's documents live in. Nothing is moved or copied.

  2. Invite your team

Invite each person at their role. They sign in with their own Google account, and see only what their role allows.

  3. Sell, plan and deliver

Add your pursuits and projects, and let the plan, the load on each person and the money follow from the work.

What sets it apart

One record, from first pitch to final payment

  • Sales, delivery and money share one record, so they never disagree.
  • Estimates come from your own team's track record, not a template.
  • Your documents remain ordinary Google Drive files, owned by your organisation.
  • Made for people who are not planners: drag and drop wherever a form would do.
